Montrose Cricket Club

The Montrose Cricket Club has been apart of the Montrose community since its establishment in 1919

The club fields 13 teams each week in the R.D.C.A (6 junior / 6 senior and 1 veteran team) and currently has in excess of 150 registered players

Montrose Environmental Group

Montrose Netball Club

We are one of the largest and original clubs in the LYVNA association and prior to that the Mountain District. Our winter season numbers have been maintained between 13-16 teams for a number of years now. We work as a club committed to encourage and develop the skills and knowledge of our young players and although wining is a bonus, our focus is simply to have fun whilst participating in a sport they enjoy.

Montrose Scout Group

Hello to Joey Scouts, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers, Leaders and Parents.
2011 started with well above 160 youth members and a lot of the interest from across the Joey, Cub, Scout , Venturer and Rover sections. We welcome the many new families who will be joining our group.

Our Scout group has been busting at the seams for some time now and we have a significant waiting list for new members to join. We are well on the way to establishing a second Scout Troop to be operating out of the Montrose Hall. It will be on Wednesday nights from 7pm to 9pm. The new Rover Crew - 18 - 26 yr old members - will be meeting in the Montrose Facilities 8pm to 10pm on Monday nights. We are now able to offer a complete 20 year training program from 6 to 26.

Montrose Tennis Club Inc

The club has 180 members and has a long and successful history providing community sporting facilities to the surrounding district.
Montrose Tennis Club celebrated their centenary in November 2007.
The club has 4 red porous courts & 3 recently upgraded Euroclay artificial clay courts which require no water.
Competition across various grades of tennis is available.
Night tennis is played on Monday to Thursday evenings from 7 30pm
Mid week daytime ladies social and competition is available.
Junior tennis competition is conducted on Saturday mornings.
Social tennis is available to all members at other times.

Montrose Auskick

Auskick is the AFL's introductory program for primary school aged boys & girls to the game of football.  Montrose Auskick hold weekly clinics between April-Sept each year, from 9:30am-11:00am on a Saturday - currently we are located at the Montrose Primary School.  The aim of the program is to teach children the game of football - including the rules and the skills & most of all encouraging them to get active and have loads of fun with their friends.

The Montrose Football Club, in partnership with the Shire of Ranges and the Federation of Intellectually Disabled Athletes ( FIDA ) are offering people with an intellectual disability aged 12 and over, the opportunity to learn the skills of Australian Rules Football.
