Montrose Netball ClubWe are one of the largest and original clubs in the LYVNA association and prior to that the Mountain District. Our winter season numbers have been maintained between 13-16 teams for a number of years now. We work as a club committed to encourage and develop the skills and knowledge of our young players and although wining is a bonus, our focus is simply to have fun whilst participating in a sport they enjoy. Montrose Scout GroupHello to Joey Scouts, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers, Leaders and Parents. Our Scout group has been busting at the seams for some time now and we have a significant waiting list for new members to join. We are well on the way to establishing a second Scout Troop to be operating out of the Montrose Hall. It will be on Wednesday nights from 7pm to 9pm. The new Rover Crew - 18 - 26 yr old members - will be meeting in the Montrose Facilities 8pm to 10pm on Monday nights. We are now able to offer a complete 20 year training program from 6 to 26. Montrose AuskickAuskick is the AFL's introductory program for primary school aged boys & girls to the game of football. Montrose Auskick hold weekly clinics between April-Sept each year, from 9:30am-11:00am on a Saturday - currently we are located at the Montrose Primary School. The aim of the program is to teach children the game of football - including the rules and the skills & most of all encouraging them to get active and have loads of fun with their friends.
