This facility is available for community and corporate functions such as:-

• Community / Service Group / Corporate meetings and functions
• Sporting Groups presentations
• Business Conference / Luncheons/ Meetings
• Training Courses

In line with current Shire of Yarra Ranges Council policy the pavilion is not available for private parties eg: birthday / engagement etc.

We do not cater for BYO functions, but a fully licensed, staffed bar is available to hirers. Cost on application.

The facility has a very large function room upstairs suitable to seat up to 170 people at tables.A lift is available for disability access and to transport goods upstairs.Kitchen facilities adjoin the main room and the building is heated and air-conditioned. A small portable stage, PA system and projector and screen are also available.

Bookings for evening functions need to be made as far in advance as possible as the two major tenants of the building have first access.
Daytime bookings would generally be readily available.

Charges for the hire of the pavilion are as follows:

For functions Corporate Rate : $150 per hr
Community Rate : $75 per hr ( C’ty, Not for profit, Service groups)

This includes cleaning, charge for services ( heating etc), insurance.

A refundable bond of $500 must accompany function bookings.

For meetings etc. A set rate of $25 per hr.

If food is served a set rate of $50 per hr. (as some cleaning costs may be incurred).
