The Ken Dowling Pavilion is available for Community groups to hire.

The facility has a very large function room upstairs suitable to seat up to 140 people at tables. There are also two meeting rooms which seat eight to ten people. A lift is available for Disability Access or transporting goods upstairs. Kitchen facilities adjoin the main room and the building is heated and air-conditioned. A small portable stage and PA system are available.

In line with current SYR Council policy the facility is not available for birthday parties.

Bookings for evening functions need to be made as far in advance as possible as the two major tenants of the facility have first access. Daytime bookings would generally be readily available.
